What our AI does

• Rewrites and tailors what you already have — The AI rephrases, reorders and emphasises the experience, skills and achievements in your career profile so they match a specific job description.
• Maps your real skills to the language of the job — It uses the terminology of the job description where it is an honest match for what you have actually done.
• Extracts requirements from the job description — A job description is analysed once, stored securely and reused, so you are never charged twice for the same analysis.
• Suggests improvements you review first — Any information extracted from an uploaded CV is presented as a suggestion for you to confirm or correct before it is saved.

What ResmiAI does not do

These are hard product rules, not marketing caveats:

• ❌Invent employment history — It never adds a job, employer or date you did not provide.
• ❌Invent degrees or certifications — It never creates qualifications, licences or credentials that are not in your profile.
• ❌Guarantee interviews — No AI can promise an interview, and we do not claim to.
• ❌Guarantee employment — ResmiAI helps you present your real experience; hiring decisions are not ours to make.
• ❌Guarantee that a resume passes every ATS — ATS software differs between employers. We maximise compatibility — we never promise a pass.
• ❌Apply for jobs without your instruction — Nothing is ever submitted or sent anywhere automatically. You stay in control of every application.
• ❌Sell your resume to recruiters — Your resume and profile are never sold, rented or shared with recruiters or advertisers.

How we keep output honest

• Grounded in your source of truth — Your career profile is the permanent source of truth. AI output is generated from it — the profile itself is never overwritten or replaced by generated text.
• Automated fact-checking — Generated CVs are validated against your profile before they reach you, and unsupported claims are filtered out.
• No AI where it is not needed — Template changes, PDF/DOCX conversion and re-rendering never call an AI model — so nothing changes behind your back.
• Every AI operation is tracked and fair — Credits are reserved before an operation and only committed when it succeeds. Failures are released, so you are never charged for an error.
• You review before you send — Every generated document is editable and yours to verify. You decide what is submitted, and where.

Your data and AI model providers

• Who processes content — AI generation is performed by a third-party large language model provider accessed through a secured API. Your content is sent to that provider only to produce the document you requested.
• Never used for model training — We do not use your personal data, career profile, job descriptions, or generated documents to train AI models — and we use API tiers where inputs and outputs are not used to train the provider’s models.
• Minimum necessary data — Only the content required for the operation (for example, your relevant profile fields and the job description) is sent. Account identifiers and credentials are not shared with the model provider.
• No sensitive data — We do not ask for, collect or send special-category data (such as health, ethnicity, religion or biometric data) to any AI provider.
