ResmiAI is built on a simple promise: your career data is yours, it is used only to produce the documents you ask for, and it is protected to the same standard whether you are on the free plan or a paid one. This page summarises our commitments and links to the full policy behind each one.
Our commitments to every user
- We never sell your data. Your career profile, documents and personal data are never sold, rented or traded — to anyone, in any form.
- No advertising, ever. ResmiAI is an ad-free service. We do not run ads and we do not allow advertisers to target you inside the product.
- No sensitive data required. Signing in only asks for your basic Google or LinkedIn profile. We never request government IDs, financial data, health data or other special-category information.
- No training on your data. Your CVs, profiles, cover letters and job descriptions are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s.
- AI transforms, never invents. AI rewrites and tailors only what is already in your profile. It does not fabricate employers, degrees or certifications.
- Strict security for every plan. Free and paid accounts receive the same enterprise-grade security, encryption, ownership checks and audit logging. Protection is never a paid extra.
- Delete everything, anytime. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page.
- GDPR-ready by design. We honour data-subject rights, lawful bases, retention limits and international transfer safeguards under the GDPR.

By creating an account or using any ResmiAI service, you accept our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Policy. We ask you to confirm this explicitly when you sign in, and we never bury it in fine print.
